Basic Policy on Compliance and Anti-Social Forces

As a candidate for Yazu Town Council and the operator of this website, I, Kawanishi Masayoshi (hereinafter referred to as "I"), hereby establish the following basic policy regarding compliance with laws and regulations and the exclusion of anti-social forces.

Chapter 1 Compliance Policy

1. I will comply with the Constitution of Japan, the Local Autonomy Act, the Public Offices Election Act and other laws and regulations, and will act fairly and honestly.

Engage in political and parliamentary activities.

2. I comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the revised Telecommunications Business Act, and other related laws and regulations.

Based on this, we protect the rights and interests of our visitors in the operation of this website.

3. I will comply with the Political Funds Control Act and properly manage and report political fund receipts and expenditures.

4. I will not engage in any activities that may create a conflict of interest and will prioritize the interests of all townspeople.

5. If I become aware of any facts that violate the above policy, I will promptly take corrective measures and take measures to prevent recurrence.

I will do my best.

Chapter 2: Policy against anti-social forces

I am a group or individual who pursues economic gain through violence, force, or fraud.

In order to prevent damage caused by anti-social forces, we declare the following policy.

1. I have no relationship whatsoever with anti-social forces.

We will not engage in any transactions with anti-social forces in any of our activities, including the provision of information.

2. The other party turns out to be an anti-social force after starting a relationship without knowing that the other party is an anti-social force.

If this becomes apparent, we will immediately terminate the relationship.

3. In order to prevent damage caused by anti-social forces, I will cooperate with the police and the Anti-Violence Movement Promotion Center.

We will also cooperate with external specialists such as lawyers to respond appropriately.

4. I will not respond to any unreasonable demands made by anti-social forces and will take firm legal action.

5. We will not provide any inappropriate favors, funds, or secret deals to anti-social forces.

6. When responding to unreasonable demands from anti-social forces, I will give top priority to the safety of townspeople.
